145 Students Blocking NELFUND Loan Reimbursement

The University Management wishes to notify the student body of a disturbing development urgently.

A total of 145 students who applied for the 2023/2024 NELFUND Student Loan have failed to submit their correct account details for reimbursement.

The Consequence:
Due to this negligence, the University has been unable to complete the 2023/2024 reimbursement cycle. Until this process is completed, the 2024/2025 beneficiaries CANNOT receive their funds.

This means that the actions of a few are putting the future of thousands of students at risk.

FINAL WARNING

  1. Any student whose name appears on the published list must go to the University Bursary and submit their account details directly to the Desk Officer for NELFUND without delay.

  2. Failure to do so will result in the balance of their loan being returned to NELFUND, and the University will consider such cases closed permanently.

  3. Once returned, students will forfeit access to their loan benefits forever.

Students are hereby directed to check the official list carefully, circulate widely across all student platforms, and ensure that affected individuals comply immediately.

This matter is of utmost urgency. Do not be a stumbling block to the financial relief of others.
