Examination Guidelines for 2024/2025 Second Semester

The Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (DICT), Adeyemi Federal University of Education, Ondo (AFUED), wishes to inform all students of the following guidelines for the forthcoming Second Semester CBT Examinations (2024/2025 Academic Session).

Key Instructions

  1. Verification Process

    • All students must report at the ETF Lecture Hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination for verification.

    • Only students who are duly verified will be granted access to write their designated examination.

  2. Identification Requirement

    • Students must present their valid University ID card at the point of verification.

    • No student will be allowed to sit for the exam without proper identification.

  3. Prohibited Items

    • The use of mobile phones, smart watches, and other portable electronic devices within the CBT centre is strictly prohibited.

    • Students are strongly advised not to bring such items to the examination hall.

  4. Dress Code Compliance

    • Students are reminded that indecent dressing (by both male and female students) will not be tolerated.

    • The use of caps, smart watches, dark eyeglasses, or any item that may raise suspicion is not permitted within the CBT environment.

    • All students must dress appropriately in line with the University’s code of conduct.

  5. Departmental Coordination

    • Heads of Departments (HoDs) and relevant staff of the host department are required to be at the venue 45 minutes before the commencement of each examination to coordinate their students.

Students are urged to comply fully with these directives to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the examinations. Any violation of these rules may lead to disciplinary action in accordance with University regulations.
